The USKYLED silicone LED strip diffuser is a flexible sleeve for creating neon-style signage, display outlines and decorative lighting. It houses a compatible LED strip and diffuses its light through a silicone surface.

A built-in U-shaped sliding channel helps guide the strip into the sleeve during assembly. Different profiles accommodate either 8mm or 10mm LED strip PCBs, allowing buyers to select the sleeve around their chosen light source.

This listing is for the silicone tube and listed mounting accessories. The LED strip, power supply and controller are purchased separately.

Design

The flexible silicone body can follow suitable curves in a sign or decorative lighting layout. Before choosing a profile, check its cross-section, bending direction and fit with the intended LED strip.

The internal sliding channel supports strip insertion and positioning. This is useful when assembling a lighting run from separate components, particularly when the project already specifies a particular LED strip or control system.

Request the cross-section drawing for the selected model before finalising a channel or mounting detail. Model names should not be used as a substitute for a verified dimensional drawing.

Lighting Options

The sleeve contains no LEDs, so its colour, brightness, power consumption and control functions depend on the strip installed inside.

The original listing references RGB, WS2811 and WS2812 strips, as well as 5V, 12V and 24V lighting tape. These references do not mean that every strip with those labels will fit every sleeve. Confirm the physical dimensions of the chosen strip first.

The listing recommends 60 LEDs per metre or more. Test the selected strip inside the chosen profile to check light uniformity before placing a project order.

Use a power supply matched to the LED strip’s voltage and total load. Where colour control or dimming is required, select a controller compatible with the strip.

Installation

1. Confirm the LED strip PCB width and choose the matching sleeve profile.
2. Check the profile drawing, bending direction and proposed mounting layout.
3. Test the LED strip and controls before inserting the strip.
4. Guide the strip through the sliding channel without forcing connectors or solder joints through the opening.
