Refund policy
At USKYLED, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions.
1. Return Eligibility
Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging, manuals, and parts. All items must be securely repacked in the original manufacturer's box to prevent damage during return shipping.
Proof of Purchase: Please include your order number or a copy of your receipt.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned :
* Opened or used light bulbs, LEDs, or any lighting elements.
* Custom-made, commissioned, or personalized products (e.g., lamps with custom shades or finishes).
* Clearance items or products sold "as-is."
* Gift cards.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: sales@uskyled.com within the 30-day window. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Wait for Instructions: We will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific return shipping instructions. **Returns shipped without an RMA number may not be accepted.
3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the items in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customer-Paid Returns: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).
Restocking Fee: Returns that are not due to our error are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover processing and inspection costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
5. Refunds
Processing Time: After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within **5-7 business days.
Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
Deductions: The refund amount will be for the cost of the product(s) only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The restocking fee (if applicable) will also be deducted.
Store Credit: Alternatively, you may request to receive your refund as store credit, which will be issued without a restocking fee deduction.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order on our website.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We apologize if your item arrived damaged, is defective, or if we sent the wrong product!
Please contact us immediately at within 7 days of delivery.
We will cover all shipping costs associated with the return and replacement of the item. We may require photos or a description of the issue to assist you promptly.
