Product Introduction

The USKYLED silicone LED neon diffuser tube gives lighting fabricators and installers a choice of flexible profiles for decorative LED strip assemblies. Select the tube around your lighting design, the dimensions of your LED strip and the way the finished assembly will be mounted.

This is a diffuser component rather than a complete light. The LED strip fitted inside determines the colour, brightness, voltage and control requirements of the finished installation.

Supply includes the silicone tube only. LED strips, power supplies, connectors and adhesive are not included.

Design

The white silicone profile forms the visible diffuser around a separately installed LED strip. Its flexible construction offers an alternative to rigid channels for designs that require curved outlines, subject to the selected profile’s bending limits.

Different cross-sections suit different viewing directions. The C series is listed for 360° diffusion, while other families offer more directional light-output patterns. Choose the profile that matches how the lighting will be viewed in the finished space.

The final lighting effect depends on the LED strip, its position inside the tube and the selected profile. Test a sample assembly to check visible LED points, brightness and colour appearance before approving a larger order.

For a display viewed from several directions, evaluate a C-series profile. For lighting positioned against a surface, compare the other profile families according to the intended viewing angle and mounting detail.

Outdoor or damp-location projects require confirmation of the complete assembly, including end closures, cable entries and electrical components.

Size / Options

Choose the profile code and listed PCB width from the options table. PCB width is only one part of the fit: component height, solder joints and connectors must also fit inside the tube.

The current selectable length is 5m. The original description mentions lengths from 1m to 5m; please confirm availability before ordering a length that is not shown in the product selector.

Lighting Options

White, coloured or addressable lighting effects depend on the LED strip installed inside the diffuser. The silicone tube itself has no electrical input or control protocol.

For WS2811, WS2812B or other addressable strip projects, confirm the actual strip dimensions and system requirements before selecting a tube. These chip names do not indicate that an LED strip or controller is included.

Installation

Check the selected profile’s cross-section drawing and assembly instructions before inserting the LED strip. Confirm sufficient clearance for the strip and its connections without forcing components through the tube.

Use mounting hardware appropriate to the profile and supporting surface. Request the permitted bending direction and minimum bend radius before planning tight curves.

For installations requiring moisture protection, confirm the sealing method for tube ends and cable entries. Complete a sample assembly and check its operation before fitting the full installation.

Technical Specifications

The product is a non-electrical silicone diffuser component. Input voltage, wattage, colour temperature, CRI and dimming depend on the separately selected LED strip.

Refer to the specification and profile tables for the listed options. Request a dimensioned drawing where fit and installation tolerances are important.
