This silicone neon diffuser tube is a component for building neon-style lighting features. Choose the profile and light source together, then evaluate their combined performance before committing to a production run.
Design
Plan the profile around the lettering or outline in your drawing. Narrow curves, corners and straight sections can require different allowances, so check the bend direction and minimum bend radius before preparing the backing panel.
Request a cross-section drawing to establish the groove dimensions. Test a short section in the actual panel material before routing the complete sign.

Application
Suggested uses include illuminated lettering, decorative outlines, retail display panels and exhibition features. Select the profile according to the scale of the design and the viewing distance.
For installations exposed to moisture, confirm the sealing method and suitability of the complete assembly, including cut ends and cable entries.
Size / Options
Refer to the model list and published dimensions below. Confirm the internal channel dimensions, accepted PCB width and installation groove before ordering.
For production orders, include the selected profile reference and required length in the quotation. A sample fit check can help avoid changes to the sign panel after fabrication.
Lighting Options
The selected LED strip determines the color, brightness and control functions. The diffuser itself has no electrical input or built-in lighting effects.
For strips using WS2811, WS2812B, WS2815 or SK6812 technology, confirm physical fit rather than relying on the chip name alone. Check the PCB width, component height and available space inside the profile.
The appearance of individual light points depends on the strip and diffuser combination. Evaluate the proposed assembly at the intended brightness before approving a uniform-lighting requirement.
Installation
Prepare the recessed channel according to the confirmed profile drawing. Assemble a short test section first to check fit, retention and access to the LED strip.
Follow the supplied assembly method and use compatible fixing or sealing materials. When cutting an assembled section, observe the LED strip’s permitted cut positions as well as the profile requirements.
Complete the electrical and lighting test before final installation.
