Product Introduction
The USKYLED PIR motion sensor LED strip brings automatic lighting and flowing light effects to stairways, corridors and room entrances. When movement is detected, the controller activates the strip according to the selected operating mode, creating a moving light sequence along the installation.
The kit combines a DC24V WS2811 addressable LED strip with a PIR sensor controller and an EU-plug power adapter, as shown in the product images. Available lengths are 5m and 10m, with warm white, natural white or cool white light.
Adjustable brightness, chasing speed and switch-off delay allow the lighting to suit different interior layouts and everyday routines.
Design
The flexible strip uses SMD2835 LEDs at a density of 120 LEDs per meter. WS2811 control enables sequential lighting effects along the strip, while the compact sensor controller provides access to the main operating settings.
Product images show an adhesive backing and marked cutting positions. This format can be used along suitable stairway walls, skirting lines and decorative ceiling edges.
The strip is supplied in a selected white-light color. Its addressable control creates movement within that color rather than RGB color-changing effects.

Dynamic effects and adjustments
The product images illustrate flowing-water, chasing, meteor-trailing and combined effects. The controller also provides 10 brightness levels and 10 speed levels.
Delay settings are 15, 30, 60 and 120 seconds. Final motion-trigger and retrigger behavior should be checked during installation.
Installation
- Plan the lighting route. Measure the installation length and select the appropriate kit.
- Position the PIR controller. Keep the sensing area unobstructed and test detection along the intended walking route.
- Test the kit before mounting. Check the strip, controller and power adapter together.
- Prepare the mounting surface. Use a clean, dry and suitable surface for the adhesive backing.
- Follow marked cutting positions. Disconnect power before cutting. Confirm the cutting interval and reconnection method before modifying the strip.
- Check polarity and data direction. Follow the supplied connection instructions and directional markings.
- Set the control-point quantity. For lengths above 5m, follow the controller’s point-setting instructions.
- Adjust and test. Select the operating mode, brightness, speed and delay, then test under the expected ambient-light conditions.
The LED strip operates at DC24V and must not be connected directly to AC mains. Confirm that the supplied adapter’s input rating is suitable for the destination.
For extended or modified installations, confirm the total load, controller capacity and any additional power-feed requirements.

Project Applications
Residential staircase lighting
Add a flowing light effect along a stairway wall or adjacent linear feature. Test the sensor location to confirm that movement is detected before the user reaches the intended illuminated section.
Corridor and entrance lighting
Use motion activation where lighting is needed during passage. Select night mode for low-light operation or daylight mode when motion activation is required throughout the day.
Interior decorative lighting
Use the chasing effects along ceiling edges, room perimeters or skirting details. Adjust brightness and speed to suit the scale of the space.
