Product Introduction
The USKYLED T0511, T0513 and T0515 Silicone LED Strip Diffuser Tube is a flexible silicone cover designed to protect and diffuse LED strip lights while creating a cleaner linear lighting appearance.
The three models are designed for different PCB widths: T0511 for 8mm LED strips, T0513 for 10mm LED strips and T0515 for 12mm LED strips. The product supports 5V, 12V and 24V LED lighting tape according to the selected LED strip.
The black matte silicone structure provides light blocking to help reduce unwanted light leakage. Its flexible construction can be bent into different shapes, making it suitable for straight, curved and customized linear lighting designs.
The tube has an IP67 waterproof rating and uses a clip-based fixing method. The specified 120° top-emitting direction helps create a controlled linear lighting effect.
Important: This product is the silicone diffuser tube only. LED strips, power supplies and other lighting components are not included unless separately ordered.
Design
The silicone LED strip diffuser uses a soft, flexible structure that can follow different lighting layouts and curved surfaces.
The black matte finish gives the diffuser a discreet appearance when the LED strip is switched off, while the light-blocking structure helps control unwanted light leakage.
The tube is designed with top emission and a 120° beam angle for a focused linear lighting effect.
The flexible silicone material also allows the tube to be shaped for customized lighting installations without using a rigid aluminum profile.

Installation
The silicone diffuser is designed for clip-based fixing.
Basic Installation Steps
- Select the correct silicone tube according to the LED strip PCB width.
- Choose T0511 for 8mm, T0513 for 10mm or T0515 for 12mm LED strips.
- Insert the compatible LED strip into the silicone tube.
- Shape the flexible tube according to the required lighting layout.
- Secure the tube using the supplied clips/buckles.
- Connect the LED strip to the appropriate power supply.
- Test the lighting system before completing the installation.
The standard package includes the selected silicone tube, a pair of plugs and approximately three buckles per meter. Screws are not included.
