Q 1: Do you accept OEM&ODM?
A: Yes, we accept OEM&ODM.
Q 2: Do you accept sample order? Are the samples free ?
A: Yes, we accept sample order. For new customter ,we not offer free samples ,you need to pay the samples but when mass order ,we can return the samples cost to you .
Q3: How long can I get the products? How long does goods ship after place the order?
A: Generally speaking, for sample order, if stock ,we can ship within 72 hours , if no stock , the lead time is 5 -7 working days.
For mass production, the lead time is about 10-20 working days.
And it is depended on customer's quantity. and it takes about 5 -7 days on the delivery if ship by express .
Q 4: What kind of transportation you use?
A: For sample order, we often deliver out the goods by International Express,
Such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, EMS, UPS which will just take about 5~7 days .working days to the destination.
If large quantity, we suggest you via sea transportation, it saves express freight. if ship by sea ,it takes about 45 to 60 days on delivery .
Actually, all is it your choice for the transportation. We will do it as per your demand.
Q 5: Do you offer guarantee for the products? What’s your after-sale service? such as the product is broken in 2 years, how will you deal with it?
A: Since the warranty of our products is 2 years, if the product is broken in 2 years ,because of the quality ,not by man-made, we will replace the accessories to the customers for free. For example, if the led driver is broken, we will replace new one for you for free.
Q 6 .Where is your company ?
A Our office is in Shenzhen ,and the factory in Zhongshan China
Q 7 Is it OK to print my logo on light?
A Yes. But there is MOQ 10pcs if make customer's logo.
Q 8 .What kind of payment does your company accept?
A We accept T/T, Paypal and Western Union. T/T 30% deposit and balance should be paid before shipment.
Q 9. Is your price cheapest?
Honestly speaking not . After all, you get what you pay for. We focus on quality. But Our price is very competitive in market for same quality products .
Q10 . How is your product quality?
We control quality strictly from material to finished product. We have experienced QC team,
Sophisticated workers and good equipment to ensure quality. All products have to be aged above 48hours before delivery.
Q 11. What’s type certificate do you have?
Our led tube is ETL and DLC listed for North American market, and we also have CE certificates
Q12 .Can you make customized size?
Yes, we have experienced R&D team and production ability to manufacture your own products.

Q 14 if we don't like the goods or the goods broken when we receive the goods can we get the money back ?
yeah ,if the goods broken ,please contact us ,we can ship 1 new to you free .if you don't like the goods ,please reture the goods back within 7 days ,and we will return the money to you once we get the goods .
Q 13 do you ship to our country ?
